About Me

Hi, my name is Morasha and I adore coffee culture. I live near Lake Tahoe, CA and have worked in the food and beverage industry since I was 16. Restaurants, cafe’s, catering, and event planning companies have been the backdrop for learning all I can about the hospitality industry.

I seek out the most delicious espresso that a city has to offer. I have discovered some exceptional coffee roasters, cafe’s, and barista’s, and I look forward to sharing them with you!

Discovering the perfect sweet latte is a simple indulgence. The components of an ideal latte experience: lovely cafe environment, perfectly roasted beans, friendly and knowledgeable barista, a well pulled shot with nice crema and sweet silky milk. I believe in the ritual of coffee and once you experience delicious coffee, you too will seek out the best coffee shops around your town or wherever your travels may take you.
