I learned the barista craft at Caffe Victoria’s in Aspen, Colorado. Victoria’s started out in a previous ice cream shop space but have since expanded into a larger industrial loft space with an open kitchen and wine bar, just steps away from the Aspen Mountain gondola. Victoria’s style of Australian flat whites and long blacks make her coffee the very best in this small town.
